Strength or Intelligence?

In this life, I dare to say there are people who claim themselves 'higher' than the others. It's mostly measured from life style, life standard, achievements, and other social status. I use the term 'higher' & 'lower' to explain the type of social status, NOT to bother about discrimination of value of competeness against each other (Simons says,"It's not right to discriminate other people, whomever they may be"). There are two aspects which could be dominant in society, strength & intelligence, in which people will view the person having this aspect as the 'better people'. The 'lower' society is strength dominant. Whomever could punch their opponents with fist and glare with power will reign (basically anything that is physical), and the people will view that person as the 'chief'. The 'higher' society is intelligence dominant. Whomever could solve the most complex problem (basically anything that involves mind to work) will be viewed as the 'head', and orders from him has higher priority. There MUST be a respect that acts as a bridge between them both.

In both dominations, speed is needed to perform quicker actions. The quicker the action can be decided, the more advantage will be gotten. There's a tradeoff between quickness and accuracy. There are cases that prefer quickness, while others prefer accuracy. Whatever the case, being quicker to decide will give greater advantage to achieve something.
